We accept returns that are initiated within 30 days of receiving your order on unworn merchandise in its original condition. We will not accept returns passed the 30-day period.
Securely pack your merchandise and return form in its original packaging, if possible, or box of your choice. On the included return form, please check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason code(s).
We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method and keeping the tracking info for your records; as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship.
Please allow 5- 10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and please note that return shipping is non-refundable.
All coats from Coats Direct come with a 1-year warranty. Under this warranty, we will do our best to accommodate and resolve all issues. Replacement items will be decided on a case by case basis.
Any purchases made through our retail partners may not be refunded or exchanged through coatsdirect.com. However, we will make repairs to coats purchased from retail partners within the current calendar year with proof of purchase.
